Zepiva is a ready-made AI agent platform built for businesses that want immediate 24/7 customer communication without hiring engineers or building complex software pipelines. Business owners simply sign up and connect their existing tools: Connect WhatsApp via Meta OAuth, Connect Phone via call forwarding, and Connect Email via Google OAuth2.
Once connected, Zepiva acts as an intelligent orchestration layer on top of your accounts — answering inquiries, qualifying leads, and booking appointments strictly according to your predefined agreements, tone, and rules.
Our Architecture & Data Philosophy
We believe in strict data privacy and simplicity. Zepiva is not a data warehouse:
- WhatsApp Data: Remains securely inside Meta's official WhatsApp Business Cloud infrastructure. Zepiva only accesses the official API to send and receive messages on your behalf.
- Email Data: Remains housed inside your Google Workspace / Gmail account, accessed via authorized Google OAuth2 token scopes.
- Phone Streams: Telephony audio is processed via enterprise carrier networks and is never repurposed.
- No Public Model Training: Your business documents and customer interactions are never used to train public AI foundation models.

Zepiva is in its early stages. The platform works — you can sign up, train a knowledge base, connect a channel, and have real AI conversations with your customers. But it is not perfect, and there is a long list of features we want to build.
